Before you buy

Evidence Engine is a Windows desktop app sold as a yearly license. The price is on Pricing. Read what a scan checks and what it does not do before you pay. The 7-day trial stays closed on this site until its live link exists.

Refunds

This draft does not offer a change-of-mind refund once the license key has been delivered. That sentence does not apply where the law requires a refund, and it does not waive any statutory right. A duplicate charge, a failed delivery, or a license that will not activate is fixed or refunded. Contact evidenceengine.support@gmail.com with the order number.

Statutory rights are unaffected. Mandatory consumer rights still apply, including rights that cannot be waived and rights that come from the buyer's country, even though the seller's governing law is India.

Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record. It handles payment, tax, and the consumer-law obligations at checkout. It decides and issues an approved refund to the original payment method. Evidence Engine QA does not override that decision and does not issue the refund itself. This draft has not been submitted to Lemon Squeezy and is not a final policy until it has been reviewed.

Cancelling the yearly license

Proposed term: cancel in the Lemon Squeezy customer portal, or from the link in the receipt. Cancelling is intended to stop the next renewal. The period already paid for would continue only if the Lemon Squeezy product is set to stay valid until that period ends. The live store has not confirmed this setting. Checkout is not open. When scanning stops, reports already on the PC stay readable.
